Behrens Land Group was founded in 2013, built on more than 20 years of combined experience in large-scale master-planned work in the Houston market.

Our team helped shape communities such as Telfair, Aliana, Katy Pointe, and Southwinds—places that required years of coordination with cities, counties, builders, consultants, and capital partners. That same experience guides every project we take on today, from the first look at a piece of land through master planning, infrastructure, construction, and a finished neighborhood.
