Behrens Land Group (BLG) was originally established by Keith Behrens in June 2013 as Devlan Group, Inc. The company's original focus was providing land development and project management services in the single-family residential market. Over the past six years, we have developed more than 1,500 residential lots with the Houston metro area. As clients developed trusted relationships with Keith and his team, they requested expanded services to include more than just single-family residential projects.

Devlan Group evolved into Behrens Land Group in early 2019 with the addition of Kimberley Behrens. The inclusion of new team members has enabled BLG to scale to meet increased demand for its services.   Expansion has also allowed BLG to add site selection services through its subsidiary, BLG Realty, LLC.
